ABOUT THIS COURSE:
This course presents the roots of oriental medicine and how you may apply it to your own self health. Various methods will be used to help you become aware of your body’s energetic flow and blockages.

Chinese energetic medicine consists of Taoist and Buddhist QiGong forms to promote flow and tonification of energy. Various methods will be used to help you become aware of your body’s energetic flow and blockages. Training will be provided in meditation and tissue manipulation to stimulate energy flow in the body’s meridians, regulate nerve and musculoskeletal function, and strengthen the immune system regardless of whether you are healthy or working on becoming healthy.

Live ONLINE Program
This is not a recorded session, but a LIVE interactive session. Attendance is limited to provide individual attention. We will be using ZOOM as our platform, which is free for users. You will be watching LIVE, in order to ask questions and participate in all practices. You will need to attend via computer, tablet or smartphone in order to use your camera and have Dr Cibik be able to interact with you and your technique. We ask that you also find a room or space where you will be free of distractions and a large enough space to move in order to practice the movements. Preparing your space for this class makes for the optimal experience for learning.
Class time will be form 9 am – 5pm , with 1.5 hour lunch break. The class is dynamic, with lecture and then practice sessions intermingled.
LIVE ONSITE PROGRAM
Enjoy a retreat experience on the sacred grounds of Inner Strength. You classroom overlooks with Buddha pond and its on 88 acres of rolling hills with lush meadows and hardwood forests. Our facility is large enough to provide social distancing, and class assignments on meditation and practice can occur inside or outside. We are 1 hour from the Pittsburgh International Airport and Pittsburgh is now one of the cleanest and livable cities in our country. Stay in local B&B or hotels and eat great food at really affordable prices. or for those who choose to stay onsite at CHI house, you can use the kitchen to prepare your own healthy meals. We are about 10 minutes to a large grocery store with organic and gluten free selections.
Class time is 9 am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday. There is a 1.25 hour break for lunch.
