Ancient wisdom of health and wellness is powerful, as shown by medical qigong and other energy work modalities. However, it doesn’t mean that we should ignore all the benefits that our modern world can provide.

Understand bloodwork as a means for longevity and physical and mental health!

Blood work results are a powerful way to understanding how the body is working, or not working, and then energy work practices can be applied specifically to help aid what is not in balance.

Blood and Qi are intrinsically linked. This course will teach you:

• How to order bloodwork outside the normal physician order system to have the information that you need for your health.
• Understand how to apply the results of specific tests to the energy systems of the body
• Learn what is going on in your body from your blood work results and what is the most effective way you can work on re balancing your system

This class is a 4 hour intensive that will be LIVE on ZOOM.

The class will not be recorded, so that the participants will feel safe in asking questions about their own situations. Class size will be limited so that all participants will be able to ask Dr Cibik questions. While this is not meant as an in-depth personal evaluation time, it will allow you to ask about your own results.
